Wedding/Event Consultation
Service Description
Our wedding and event consultation is a one-on-one planning session designed to bring your floral vision to life. During this 1-hour meeting, we'll discuss your style, color palette, venue, budget, inspiration, and the floral elements you envision for your special day. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a large celebration, we'll guide you through the design process and answer any questions along the way. Following your consultation, you'll receive a customized floral proposal and quote within 48 hours. If you choose Blooming Visions Florist for your wedding or event, your consultation fee will be applied toward your final balance.
Cancellation Policy
Consultations are by appointment only and are reserved for one (1) hour. A consultation fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Your consultation fee will be applied toward your final balance if you book Blooming Visions Florist for your wedding or event. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full consultation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment out of consideration for other scheduled clients. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice. Customized floral proposals and quotes are emailed within 48 hours following your consultation. A consultation does not reserve your event date. Your date is secured only after a signed contract and the required retainer have been received. Due to the time and preparation involved, consultation fees are non-refundable.
